Published 2 days ago2 minute read

If there's one thing Costco shoppers love, it's the bakery section. From its beloved almond croissants to its Tiramisu Cold Brew Coffee Cheesecake, the warehouse chain is known for keeping its customers happy with innovative new treats. And now that spring is in full swing and summer is just around the corner, it makes sense that Costco has released an epic Strawberries & Cream Cake from its bakery. After all, the iconic combo is all the rage during this time of year, as evidenced by our viral Strawberries & Cream Tiramisu.

Popular Instagram account @costcobuys posted a visual of the new cake, stating that it's "SO GOOD" and "mouth-watering."

The account's followers were quick to chime in with plenty of heart-eye emojis and their enthusiasm for the new dessert. "They need to bring it back to my coscto," commented one fan. "I need this in my life," wrote another.

According to a Reddit thread dedicated to the cake, one shopper declared it's "The best bar cake that Costco makes." Another called it "heavenly" while one person stated, "I love this cake! I don’t find it too sweet (approved by Asian taste buds) and I enjoy the strawberry flavor." Another person shared, "I got this one for a party, and it was a hit."

According to the Instagram post, the white cake is made with a delicious strawberry filling and sweet whipped cream, and retails for $18.99. If you've got any summer barbecues planned, this could be the perfect finale you're looking for.
