Chelsea Crowned World Club Champions after Thrashing PSG 3-0
Chelsea have been crowned champions of the FIFA Club World Cup after a dominant 3–0 win over Paris Saint‑Germain in Sunday’s final at MetLife Stadium, New Jersey.
Cole Palmer was the star of the show, opening the scoring in the 22nd minute from a precision assist by Malo Gusto, and doubling the lead with a dazzling solo effort in the 30th minute.
Chelsea’s superiority was confirmed just before half‑time when João Pedro dinked home a composed finish over Gianluigi Donnarumma after a through ball from Palmer
Goalkeeper Robert Sánchez was also impressive, pulling off vital saves to preserve a clean sheet, while PSG were left visibly shell‑shocked by the Blues’ early momentum. Despite dominating possession and boasting attacking pedigree, PSG were unable to mount any serious comeback, and their frustrations boiled over in the second half with a red card shown to João Neves for violent conduct.
