Cardi B Unleashes Fury on Trump Advisor in Explosive Nicki Minaj Bot Report Controversy!

A heated online dispute ignited between Cardi B and Alex Bruesewitz, an advisor to Donald Trump, after Bruesewitz brought Cardi B’s name into the ongoing discourse surrounding Nicki Minaj’s recent political pivot. The controversy stemmed from a study published by Politico journalist Jason Beeferman, based on research from the disinformation company Cyabra. This study indicated that approximately 33 percent of social media accounts interacting with Minaj’s conservative posts over the past two months were bots, suggesting a coordinated effort to inauthentically amplify her political messaging online.

Alex Bruesewitz challenged the credibility of Cyabra's report, alleging on X (formerly Twitter) that Beeferman failed to disclose that Cyabra is partnered with Cardi B’s agent, Mike G of United Talent. Mike G serves as an advisor and investor in Cyabra. Bruesewitz deemed this omission "inappropriate" for the journalist, implying a potential conflict of interest given the widely known rivalry between Cardi B and Nicki Minaj.

Cardi B vehemently reacted to being implicated in the discussion, reposting a statement from Mike G on X clarifying that his involvement with Cyabra "has absolutely nothing to do" with her. She then engaged in a direct confrontation with Bruesewitz, at one point threatening to sue him. Cardi B accused him of involving and disturbing her "for no reason," and challenged his reluctance to address the "real data" presented in the report, instead focusing on "rivals." She criticized Bruesewitz for arguing with a female rapper on Twitter while the country faced significant issues like closing businesses, declining home prices, and high interest rates.

Bruesewitz defended his stance, reiterating on X that he doubted the data's validity due to the company's "intertwined" relationship with individuals linked to Minaj's "rivals." He also maintained to Politico that Minaj had "never used bot activity to promote herself on social media." His lawyer, Joe McBride, further clarified that Bruesewitz never accused Cardi B of orchestrating anything or manipulating data. Instead, McBride argued that the agent connection matters because it "can reasonably raise questions about impartiality," emphasizing that the idea of Nicki Minaj needing to buy bots is "ridiculous" given her status as "the most successful female rapper of all time."

The broader context of this dispute includes Nicki Minaj's increasingly vocal support for Donald Trump and her engagement with conservative figures and events in recent months. She has appeared with Erika Kirk at a Turning Point USA event, joined Trump at his Trump Accounts launch, and participated in an interview with conservative podcaster Katie Miller. Cardi B, conversely, has been a long-standing advocate for liberal beliefs and an opponent of Trump.

Bruesewitz is not alone in using the rappers' rivalry to support Minaj; in December, he shared a photo with Minaj on Instagram, declaring her the "undisputed queen of hip-hop" and stating "Nicki > Cardi B." Similarly, Vice President JD Vance also posted "Nicki > Cardi" on X in December, highlighting how conservative figures are leveraging this artistic rivalry within political discourse.
