The hip-hop world experienced an explosive 24 hours on social media as rapper Cardi B found herself embroiled in multiple controversies, including a heated exchange with Nicki Minaj and a leaked phone conversation that has since escalated into a full-blown feud with Ice Spice.

The central point of contention stemmed from an alleged audio recording featuring a furious Cardi B. In the leaked call, she is heard making violent threats against Ice Spice, stating, “Why you want to act dumb? You don’t know?! I’ma show y’all! I’m not Latto! I’ma beat her the f— up! I’ma knock her the f— out!” This outburst quickly set off a chain of accusations and defenses across social media platforms.

Following the leak, Cardi B immediately took to X (formerly Twitter) to address the situation. She accused James Rosemond Jr., Ice Spice’s manager, of being responsible for leaking the phone call, a claim which Rosemond Jr. vehemently denied.
