Bruno Mars Ignites 'The Romantic' Era With Sizzling New Single 'I Just Might'!

Grammy-winning artist Bruno Mars has made a highly anticipated return, officially ushering in his "The Romantic" era with the release of his new single, “I Just Might.” The track dropped on Friday, January 9, at the stroke of midnight, showcasing a slick new sound that notably channels Leo Sayer’s disco classic, “You Make Me Feel Like Dancing.” Accompanying the single is a vibrant music video, co-directed by Daniel Ramos and Mars himself, which features Mars clad in a distinctive green suit, fronting a band of Brunos.

“I Just Might” serves as the lead single for Bruno Mars’ upcoming fourth studio album, titled "The Romantic," which is slated for release on February 27. This marks a significant moment for the pop supernova, as it is his first solo full-length project in nearly a decade, following his critically acclaimed and Grammy-winning "24K Magic" album from 2016.

The buzz for new music began with a concise four-word announcement from Mars on January 5, when he simply posted to X: “My album is done.” In the period between his solo endeavors, Mars has been selective yet impactful with his musical output. He notably partnered with Anderson .Paak to form the duo Silk Sonic, releasing "An Evening With Silk Sonic" in 2021, an album that went on to dominate the Grammy Awards. Additionally, Mars left his mark on the charts through dynamic collaborations, including the Billboard Hot 100-topping "Die With a Smile" featuring Lady Gaga, and "APT." alongside BLACKPINK’s Rosé, which notably topped the year-end Billboard Global 200 chart for 2025.

Beyond the new music, Bruno Mars is also set to embark on his inaugural global stadium tour, dubbed "The Romantic Tour." The extensive trek will commence its North American leg this spring and summer, kicking off in Las Vegas on April 10. A lineup of talented supporting acts, including Anderson .Paak (performing as DJ Pee. Wee), RAYE, Victoria Monét, and Leon Thomas, will join Mars at various stops. Following its North American run, "The Romantic Tour" will cross the Atlantic for a series of European shows, with confirmed dates in major cities such as Paris, Milan, London, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Madrid, offering fans worldwide the chance to experience his new era live.
