Banka, Yang re-elected WADA president, VP-Xinhua

BEIJING, May 29 (Xinhua) -- Witold Banka and Yang Yang have been re-elected as World Anti-Doping Agency president and vice president respectively for a third and final term.
During a virtual Foundation Board meeting on Thursday, Banka and Yang were both elected.
Their new three-year term will run from January 1, 2026 until December 31, 2028.
Poland's sprinter-turned-Minister of Sport and Tourism Banka and China's former Winter Olympic champion Yang were first elected president and vice president of WADA at the 2019 World Conference on Doping in Sport. ■
