Bachelorette alum was hit with a seven-figure judgment after he failed to respond to a lawsuit brought by two sexual assault accusers, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted a default judgment against DeMario, 38, on Thursday, March 13.

The accusers, who filed the lawsuit as Jane Doe no. 1 and Jane Doe no. 2 each requested $250,000 for pain and suffering and another $250,000 for emotional distress.

At the hearing this week, the judge awarded a total of $1,003,644.91 to Doe no. 1 and Doe no. 2.

Keith M. Davidson, the lawyer who represented the two accusers told In Touch, “As an advocate for survivors, we remain relentless in the pursuit of justice. The court’s default judgment against DeMario Jackson is a significant step in holding him accountable for the harm he inflicted upon Jane Doe #1 and Jane Doe #2. This ruling underscores the importance of ensuring that survivors’ voices are heard and that those who engage in such egregious misconduct face the consequences of their actions.”

He added, “While [DeMario] had every opportunity to respond and defend himself in this case, he failed to do so. The judgment reflects not only the gravity of the allegations but also his refusal to engage in the legal process. At this time, we have not received any communication from [DeMario] or his legal representatives regarding the judgment. However, we will continue to pursue all available avenues to enforce this ruling and ensure that our clients receive the justice they deserve.”

As In Touch previously reported, the lawsuit was filed by the two women against DeMario in September 2022.

Doe no. 1 and Doe no. 2 accused DeMario of sexual assault, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

In the suit, Doe no. 1 claimed she met DeMario on a dating app in 2018. She said on their first date the reality star exposed his penis while they were in the car.

In the filing, she said she was “shocked” and claimed DeMario later “apologized” after she told him that was “unacceptable.”

She said she agreed to see DeMario again despite the incident. On February 16, 2018, Doe no. 1 said DeMario met her while she was out.

She said he appeared intoxicated when he arrived. She said she took DeMario to her home to sleep “it off.”

Doe no. 1 claimed she went to bed and was awoken by DeMario trying to forcefully kiss her.

Doe no. 1 said, “Summoning as much strength as I could muster, I forcefully pushed him off me. I stated with specific words and actions that I would not engage in sexual activity and did not consent to engage in sexual activity with [DeMario]. [DeMario] pinned me down on the bed.”

She added, “I could not move my arms or my head. I screamed ‘NO’ repeatedly to no avail. [DeMario] then forcefully sexually assaulted me by violently shoving his unprotected penis into my unlubricated vagina. As [DeMario] was violently thrusting himself into me, I began to cry.”

Doe no. 1 continued, “Once [DeMario] ejaculated, I demanded that he leave my home, to which he obliged.”

Doe no. 2 claimed to have met the Bachelor star through Instagram in July 2022. She said she went over to his home and they drank wine.

Doe no. 2 claimed DeMario started to kiss her. She claimed to have warned him she was on her period and did not want to have vaginal intercourse. She said she agreed to anal sex.

She claimed this is when things took a turn, “As we were having anal sex, [DeMario] forcefully sexually assaulted me by violently shoving his unprotected penis into my unlubricated vagina while my tampon remained inside me,” Doe no. 2. said.

Doe no. 2 added, “He proceeded to vaginally rape me. My vaginal bleeding increased, and as soon as [DeMario] finished raping me, I left and drove to my friend’s home.”

She said, “I have sustained permanent and continuing injury to my nervous system and person, which has caused and continues to cause me mental, physical, nervous pain, suffering, fright, upset, grief, worry, and shock.”

DeMario publicly denied the accusations.

“Four years ago, I, DeMario Jackson, walked directly into the Los Angeles police station after being falsely accused of raping two white women without a lawyer present and the police let me freely leave,” he said.

“Here is why: My arriving and departing Uber receipts proved when, where and the time I was with these women and the truth is my receipts proved I was completely out of the vicinity,” he added.

He said, “In addition to that, I provided screenshots of text message communication the day after they filed police reports. The authorities looked at all my evidence and let me, a six foot, four inches tall Black man leave that precinct without a doubt because I did no wrong. I am innocent, I did not hurt or harm those women.”

DeMario was a contestant on the 13th season of The Bachelorette. He also appeared on the 4th season of Bachelor in Paradise.
