ASOS and Adidas Originals to Launch Exclusive Womenswear Collection

Digital fashion powerhouse ASOS has launched an exclusive womenswear collection, debuting with a London catwalk show ahead of its official 15 July release. This timely launch coincides with the women's football Euro championships, amplifying its market presence. While produced in conjunction with Adidas Originals, the collection stands out as being solely designed by ASOS, marking a significant new chapter and milestone in their ongoing partnership.

The extensive apparel collection draws inspiration from iconic Adidas pieces, reinterpreted through ASOS's distinctive creative vision, aiming to redefine contemporary summer style. It features an array of exclusive colourways, bespoke fabrics, intricate embroidery, and trend-focused silhouettes, all set against the backdrop of Adidas's rich 3-stripes history. Each piece seamlessly blends sporting heritage with enduring street style, embodying the essence of both brands.

To meticulously craft this collection, ASOS's in-house design team undertook a deep dive into Adidas's legacy. They thoroughly researched past collections and iconic streetwear silhouettes, reinterpreting them through the lens of ASOS’s fashion-forward customer base. The summer-ready separates proudly feature Adidas's signature stripes, presented in a sophisticated palette of rich burgundies and timeless neutral hues, accented with vibrant pops of blue and green.

Historic track sets are given a modern refresh with innovative crochet knit fabrications and bold statement graphic prints. These versatile pieces are designed to be styled effortlessly with Adidas low-profile silhouettes, enabling a complete head-to-toe look. Vanessa Spence, Executive VP, Brand and Creative at ASOS, highlighted the collection as a bold next step in their long-standing relationship with Adidas, pioneering a new way of collaboration and marking one of the most exciting launches in ASOS's history. Chris Walsh, VP Brand, Adidas North Europe, further added that the collection captures the creativity and energy both brands represent, pushing the boundaries of sport and style.

The collection offers a wide range of pricing, from £30 to £300, and is available in inclusive sizes ranging from XS to 3XL.
