Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 19 is all set for its grand premiere in August. As the launch is nearing, the probable names of contestants are floating around, sparking excitement among fans. According to reports, this season will feature celebrities from Bollywood, television industry, YouTubers and social media influencers. Content creators Apoorva Mukhija, Purav Jha, Raj Kundra, and actor Ram Kapoor are some of the names being considered.
Reportedly, Bigg Boss 19 is likely to feature 15 contestants with a few wild card entries. The final list of contestants is kept under wraps and will be known closer to the show.
While Salman Khan will return as the host of Bigg Boss 19, it is reported that he may not be a part of the show till the end. Karan Johar, Farah Khan and Anil Kapoor are likely to take over as guest hosts.
A DIGITAL-FIRST APPROACH FOR BIGG BOSS 19
A shift in the show's broadcasting strategy is also on the horizon, with plans to air episodes on Disney+ Hotstar before they broadcast on television. This 'digital-first' approach aims to cater to evolving viewing habits and expand the show's audience. The move is designed to attract a younger, tech-savvy demographic that prefers streaming to traditional viewing.
