Apapa-Iganmu APC Declares Unity, Aims for Victory in Council Poll

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Apapa-Iganmu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has emphatically declared its unwavering commitment to unity and securing victory in the forthcoming Council elections, scheduled for July 12, 2025. This significant declaration was made during a press briefing held on Democracy Day, June 12, 2025, at the party secretariat. The event, led by Jimoh Olawale-Saliu, the APC Chairmanship candidate for Apapa-Iganmu LCDA, was attended by a host of prominent party figures, including the party chairman, ward chairmen, party leaders, and fellow chairmanship aspirants, signaling a strong show of solidarity.
In his address, Olawale-Saliu commenced by extending felicitations to all Nigerians on the observance of Democracy Day. To this end, he affirmed that the party has successfully addressed and mended all internal divisions, stating, “we have mended all cracks, closed our flanks and built our ranks, and we are all together marching to victory.”
Furthermore, Olawale-Saliu assured the residents of Apapa-Iganmu LCDA that his incoming administration would not only meet but significantly surpass the achievements of the incumbent leadership. While offering commendation to the current Chairman, Funmilayo Akande-Muhammed, for her commendable performance in governance, he pledged to deliver even more substantial progress should they be entrusted with the mandate once again.
