Alexander Brothers Accusations Mount: Lawyers Claim 'Zero Evidence' as Women Detail Alleged Assaults

Oren, Alon, and Tal Alexander, prominent brothers known for their influence in the luxury real estate markets of Miami and New York City, are facing grave accusations of rape and sexual assault from over 60 alleged victims, including a minor. These alleged incidents reportedly date back as far as 2009. The brothers have pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges, vehemently denying any wrongdoing.
Federal prosecutors have alleged that the brothers, Oren (39), and his 38-year-old twin brothers, Alon and Tal, collaborated to drug, sexually assault, and rape dozens of victims between 2009 and 2021. The accusations claim that the brothers often promised women luxury experiences in exchange for sex, and that victims were frequently drugged or incapacitated by alcohol, rendering them unable to consent. Miami Herald reporter Ana Claudia Chacin, who has spoken with several alleged victims, noted the “eerily similar” nature of their accounts regarding being drugged or incapacitated.
However, the Alexander brothers' legal team, attorneys Edward O’Donnell and Joel Denaro, contend that these claims are fabricated and are largely orchestrated by the alleged victims' personal injury lawyers for financial gain. O’Donnell highlighted the suspicious timing, stating, “It is no coincidence that for 10, 15 years, not one person had ever accused these brothers of ever doing anything inappropriate, and all of a sudden, at one time, in the same exact window frame, every single person that you’ve heard of that has accused the Alexander brothers of assaulting them came through a personal injury lawsuit trying to sue them for money.” The defense also asserts that there is “zero physical evidence” to support the allegations, as many alleged victims did not immediately go to law enforcement or seek rape kits at hospitals.
Conversely, attorneys representing the alleged victims, such as Carissa Peebles and Todd Poses, describe the defense's claims as “predictable and pathetic.” They argue that victims often delay coming forward due to profound shame, fear of not being believed, or intimidation by the brothers’ societal status and wealth. Lindsey Acree, one alleged victim, expressed a desire to file anonymously to avoid being
