Speaking to Citizen TV, the nursing student and mother of one recalled their last conversation, saying he was worried about his safety after his arrest.

"It is so sad to lose somebody in such a way. I just pray that everybody will come out and help us fight for justice. I know we can't bring his life back, but seeing him get justice and those involved in his murder being charged will give us peace of mind. I'm asking Kenyans to help us find justice for Albert Ojwang. I will truly appreciate," the teary widow said.
