Accelerated Sales Engagement Senior Specialist

SAP International, Inc. seeks an Accelerated Sales Engagement Senior Specialist at our Miami, FL location to drive existing sales teams and customer opportunities and identifies new business through market or partner engagement.  

Leverages enablement, adoption, best practice development and identification of target customers & campaigns for engagement by the field. Responsible for Line of Business (LoB) strategy and execution plans across all Go-To-Market (GTM) segments and contribute to required outcomes: pipeline, sales, consumption, adoption and renewals. Work may be on scale initiatives driving an elevated leadership position in the solution/LoB and/or more targeted on strategic customer opportunities. Provide accurate information about forecasts and reporting. Execute global LoB operating model & GTM strategy. Accelerate enablement to field organization. Educate sales teams on curated positioning & value proposition. Inform global solution org of priority gaps, successful campaigns, innovations with customers. Engage on deal strategy – and throughout the opportunity lifecycle, where needed. Consult on deal execution. Assess and influence forecast. Incubate repeatable, structured approach for new businesses.  

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 

• Strategize and execute customer consumption plans to drive revenue growth. 

Position requires up to 40% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $169,915 - $175,050. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $169,915 - $233,400. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
