Abu Dhabi police issue safety warning after rainfall hits Al Ain; Watch video - Culture
Heavy to moderate rainfall hit some parts of the UAE on Tuesday evening, leaving everyone surprised. An Instagram account named Storm Centre captured rainfall in Al Ain. Due to the heavy rain, water puddles began to form on the road.
The videos show people driving as the rain continued. The rainfall came at a time when the weather was partly cloudy.
The weather bureau has reported light to moderate rain over Khatan Al Shiklah, Sa', Mezyad, and Um Ghaffa in Al Ain.
On the other hand, Abu Dhabi Police has urged drivers to exercise caution due to the rainy weather conditions. The drivers are strictly advised to adhere to the variable speed limits displayed on electronic information boards to stay safe.
