Your favorite TLC stars are back and searching for love in the latest 90 Day Fiancé spinoff, 90 Day: Hunt for Love. After and jetted off to paradise, they exclusively told In Touch what they’ve learned over the years from their heartbreaks on the show.

“I mean, being on TV you have to watch yourself, right? And everything I went through, I had to rewatch myself and see from an outside perspective what led me there and why did I accept this. I’m not a victim,” Tiffany, 33, explains of her split from ex .

Tiffany documented her romance with the South Africa native, 34, on season 1 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way in 2019. At the time, fans watched Tiffany move from Maryland to South Africa with her young son, Daniel, to pursue her relationship with Ronald. After tying the knot in 2018, the pair welcomed their daughter Carley, but Tiffany later moved back to the States because she believed it was a more suitable place to raise a family.

Their relationship was riddled with issues, from finances to a gambling addiction, and the pair split for good in 2021.

“So, it took me a long time to realize I accepted that because that’s what I thought, you know, I deserved or that’s all I thought I was good enough for,” the Maryland native explains. “The confidence wasn’t there. The self-esteem wasn’t there. And I realized that, you know, no one’s gonna hold your hand through it. No one’s gonna tell you ‘No, no, no. You can’t accept this. You deserve better.’ You have to advocate for yourself.”

As for Rob, 33, fresh off his split on 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 with ex , he said he took away a lot of “lessons” from their failed marriage — lessons he plans to carry with him moving forward.

“There’s two sides of it. There’s what I won’t accept now, my last relationship and knowing that I will not accept it. And if that’s what I’m seeing, then I need to move on and I just need to cut ties with whoever I might be getting to know that’s giving me these red flags,” Rob tells In Touch. “And there’s also the side of it that is like learning about myself and learning about how I can be better and, and working on just like how I respond to things or realizing that everybody doesn’t process things the same way.”

During 90 Day: The Last Resort, fans watched as Sophie accused Rob of being on a dating app while at the couples’ retreat. The U.K. native ended her relationship with Rob after she chose to not recommit to him during the season 2 finale, which aired on TLC on March 24.

The TLC personality said he now makes sure to “pay attention” to what he’s doing or how he’s sounding because “it can come off a way that that can upset somebody.”

In addition, Rob adds that watching himself on screen has shown him “some of the things” he could work on, adding, “You try to learn from it, but not many people get an opportunity to actually watch yourself in those moments and see what you probably should have did or could have did differently.”

Meanwhile, Chantel — who split from ex-husband in 2022— has taken away her own lessons from that relationship. Her tumultuous journey with Pedro, including their long-standing family feuds, played out across multiple seasons of 90 Day Fiancé and continued into their spinoff, The Family Chantel.

“What I’ve learned from my marriage to Pedro is to not have pre expectations on maybe family members of the next person that I’m, I probably am getting serious with,” Chantel, 34, says. “Because it’s just easier that way. If you don’t expect much of someone, they can’t let you down.”

90 Day: Hunt for Love premieres on TLC on Monday, May 26 at 8 p.m. ET.
