5 New 'Paw Patrol' Specials Are Heading to Nickelodeon

Published 11 hours ago2 minute read

Preschoolers want to be just like Ryder, the leader of a pack of six rescue dogs who protect Adventure Bay. Known as the now-iconic Paw Patrol, Chase, Skye, Marshall, and the rest of their friends are heroes to little kids as the animated pups take on the role of firefighters, pilots, and more emergency service workers.

Kids can already watch PAW Patrol on Nickelodeon, and there have already been two feature-length Paw Patrol movies, with a third slated for release in 2026—it even inspired a spin-off called Rubble & Crew. Now, even more PAW Patrol is on the way.

Nickelodeon and Spin Master Entertainment just announced that five Paw Patrol specials are going to be released in 2025 and 2026.

Each special will focus on a different pup from the PAW Patrol universe, with two airing this year.

The first, which will debut this fall, is all about a pup named Tracker, who lives in the jungle with his caretaker, Carlos. When Tracker encounters jungle animals fleeing the creepy-sounding Shadow Jungle, he recruits Ryder and the rest of the Paw Patrol to help him defeat Lucita Mala before she permanently turns nighttime into daytime.

The next one is a holiday special that will follow Rubble, who is hoping to receive a laser drill for Christmas. There’s just one problem: Santa has a cold and can’t deliver any presents.

Mayor Humdinger—a common antagonist in Adventure Bay—decides to use Santa’s illness to his advantage and steal all the presents; the pups must leap into action to save the holiday season.

The rest of the hour-long specials will roll out in 2026.

A batch of Paw Patrol episodes focused on fire rescue will also air from June 2 to June 5 on Nickelodeon. In these episodes, Dalmatian puppy Marshall, who is the team’s fire pup, must suit up to protect his home as Adventure Bay is hit with high temperatures.

Oh, and there’s more! A half-hour special called “Skye’s Road Trip Rescue,” which finds Skye heading up the rescue of a baby moose, rabbit, and bear, will premiere on Nickelodeon on July 11.

Kids and parents can also head to Paramount+ anytime to watch the entire catalogue of PAW Patrol shows and movies.

This is shaping up to be the summer of PAW Patrol, so if your kids have any downtime between summer camps and sports practice, you know what to tune into.
