HYDERABAD: At least three students died and one other sustained critical injuries in a road accident near Narayana College in Kuntloor, Hayathnagar, on Wednesday.The horrifying crash, caught on CCTV, shows the speeding car losing control and colliding head-on with a truck.
Police said that P Chandrasena Reddy,24, C Thrinadha Reddy,24, and C Varshith Reddy died on the spot whereas A Pawan Kalyan Reddy escaped with injuries. All the four are students.The accident took place around 5.45am when a Skoda car carrying the students from Pasumamula village veered off course on a sharp curve near the AEGIS LPG bunk and rammed into a truck coming from the opposite direction.The curve is known for poor visibility and is considered an accident-prone zone.

All three students died on the spot, while the fourth occupant, critically injured, is undergoing treatment at Sunrise Hospital in Hayathnagar. The bodies of the deceased were shifted to Osmania General Hospital for postmortem.
