2nd day of Stotesbury Cup Regatta races called off due to unsafe conditions on the Schuylkill

The Schuylkill River is rushing Saturday, a day after heavy rainfall. Due to the high water level, organizers of the Stotesbury Cup Regatta have called off racing for the day to keep rowers safe. Ross DiMattei reports.
