South African-based Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan has reacted to an undated video of her husband, Shakib Lutaaya caught holding hands with another woman.

In the video, Shakib who is dressed in an all-black outfit is seen flirting with a young lady dressed in a maroon strapless dress.

They both engage in a conversation while under a tree before the lady discovers they are being recorded and signals Shakib.

He however took to his Instastory to shut down claims that the video was recent and accused a blogger of seeking to destroy his relationships.

He wrote:

"Please disregard the old video of me circulating on social media. It is outdated and being shared with malicious intent by a blogger attempting to tarnish my reputation and relationships."

However, his wife Zari quickly jumped on social media to lament how men tend to do their women dirt and said her focus was on the holy month of Ramadan.

"Men will leave you in the desert with no water," she said.

This is not the first time Zari has come out to speak against infidelity claims. She recently came out to blast her husband and noted she was tired of paying all their bills.

She also asked to state what he was bringing to the table causing an uproar online.

The mother of five recently told Shakib that she prefers being in a long-distance marriage to avoid being quickly bored.

According to her, being away from her man builds the anticipation that would excite her whenever he travels to see her in South Africa.

However, her statement did not please many as some netizens claimed she did not love her young husband.
