'WWE Friday Night SmackDown' Spoiler Results: Unexpected Title Match Added - Yahoo Sports
"WWE SmackDown" will be live in Greensboro following the events of "Backlash 2025," and a slew of key matches have been added to the show.
Roster members on the blue brand are gearing up for the "Money in the Bank" PLE, which is scheduled for June 7 in Inglewood. There will be two MITB qualifiers and a major world championship match featured on "Friday Night SmackDown."

Plus, WWE will recap what transpired in the main event of "Backlash" between Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and Randy Orton. Cena remains the top male titleholder on the "SmackDown" brand, but he isn't scheduled for Friday's show.
"SmackDown" will air live on USA Network at 8 p.m. ET. Spoilers will be updated before the show begins, which will include match additions but not the outcomes. Live results will also be updated once the blue brand airs.
Two triple threat matches with major implications for "Money in the Bank 2025" have been added to the show. Alexa Bliss, Chelsea Green, and Michin will collide in a triple threat match for a spot in the women's MITB match. Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, and Rey Fenix are also set to compete in a men's MITB qualifier.

A massive championship match has also been added to "WWE SmackDown." Tiffany Stratton will put her WWE Women's Championship at stake against Nia Jax.
Aleister Black and Carmelo Hayes will mix it up in singles action once again. Black scored a pin over Hayes last week, but it wasn't the definitive victory that the former "WWE NXT" titleholder is used to. We'll also see Fraxiom take on DIY following last week's ambush.
