The United States Supreme Court has granted President Donald Trump's government the permission to resume deporting migrants to countries other than their own.

In a brief order issued on Monday, the court’s conservative majority lifted a restriction requiring that migrants be allowed to challenge such deportations in court.
The ruling comes as President Donald Trump doubles down on his administration’s aggressive immigration stance, pledging to deport millions of undocumented individuals residing in the United States.

Impacted by the court’s decision are migrants from nations like Myanmar, Vietnam, and Cuba, many of whom have been convicted of violent offenses but cannot be returned directly to their home countries.

In one recent incident, eight migrants were placed aboard a deportation flight intended for South Sudan.

That flight was later redirected to a U.S. naval base in Djibouti after U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy issued an emergency order blocking the transfer.

Judge Murphy had previously ruled that migrants must be given an opportunity to present evidence showing they may face torture or death if removed to a third country.

In her dissent ruling, Justice Sotomayor cautioned that the court’s action could endanger the lives of countless individuals.

SaharaReporters, last two weeks, reported that the US Government deported Khaby Lame, the world’s most followed TikTok creator, over alleged illegal migration.

The New York Times reports that Lame was detained by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Las Vegas and subsequently deported from the United States over allegations of overstaying his visa.

Lame, a 25-year-old Italian-Senegalese influencer with over 160 million followers on TikTok, was reportedly picked up by ICE operatives at Harry Reid International Airport.
The agency confirmed the detention in an official statement, stating that Lame entered the country on April 30 but “overstayed the terms of his visa.”
The TikToker was granted a voluntary departure order on Friday and has since exited the U.S.

His deportation from the country ignited uproar online, not just over his visa status but because a young Trump-aligned influencer claimed responsibility for tipping off authorities.
“Every single illegal alien needs to be DEPORTED. When I found out the biggest TikTok star, Khaby Lame, is an illegal alien evading taxes, I worked with Trump's ICE to have him removed. He's since been detained by ICE and removed,” Bo Loudon, a Gen Z Trump supporter and self-styled activist, wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
Loudon, a teenager whose Instagram is plastered with smiling photos alongside former President Donald Trump, his son Barron, and various members of the MAGA inner circle, said he made a few calls to the top after hearing from friends about Lame’s alleged undocumented presence.
