already, while Lucas Bergvall is improving every single time he steps onto the pitch.

Meanwhile, Mikey Moore has been tipped for big things at Tottenham, while Jamie Donley has a lot of potential too.

Speaking on the Gold and Guest Talk Tottenham Podcast, Alasdair Gold has been discussing some of the other young talents at Tottenham, and Gold says that Spurs have an under the radar player who could become a first-teamer eventually.

Gold shared what he's been told about George Abbott, a young player at Spurs.

According to the journalist, people in the academy have constantly told him to keep an eye on Abbott as a player, despite the fact he's going under the radar.

"I think George Abbott could maybe, like I said, be the one who goes under the radar and maybe, you know, becomes a part of the Spurs team in the future," Gold said.

"He’s certainly got the qualities. But as I’ve said, it might be a case of he goes out and learn again next year, steps up, whether that’s League One or to the championship. But I think there’s a really good player there.

"And, yeah, fingers crossed, George will get an opportunity.

"Yeah, I mean, still only 19. He’s very versatile. A few or in the last kind of couple of seasons, people within the Academy have constantly told me, just keep an eye on George Abbott."

Abbott is one to keep an eye on, and he's currently out on loan at Notts County where he is developing well.

Indeed, Abbott is impressing at Notts County, and while League Two football isn't exactly the highest level, the midfielder is ticking every box he can at the moment.

Abbott has become a key player for the Magpies this season, and he's even chipped in with a few goals and assists.

Whether or not this translates into first-team opportunities at Spurs remains to be seen.

Indeed, we've been here before with a young midfielder impressing out on loan in the EFL.

Oliver Skipp was brilliant during his loan spell at Norwich a few years ago, and Skipp was tipped for big things at Spurs at one point.

However, Skipp never quite cut the mustard at Spurs, eventually being sold to Leicester City last summer where he's not really made much of an impression either.

Making it at Tottenham is a very difficult task, but Abbott may have what it takes to become a Tottenham star.
