Turkey - Kyle-Alexander-gets-MVP-of-the-Week-award-for-Turkish-BSL
Canadian Kyle Alexander (208-C-1996) had a very impressive game in the last round for Turk Telekom Ankara and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 30.
The 28-year old center had a double-double of 20 points and 12 rebounds, while his team crushed Besiktas (#2, 23-7) with 18-point margin 93-75. Turk Telekom maintains the 10th position in Turkish BSL. Turk Telekom is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 13-17 record. In the team's last game Alexander had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. It was one of impressive evenings for him as usually he does not deliver so high stats. University of Tennessee graduate has very impressive stats this year. Alexander is in league's top in rebounds (7th best: 6.7rpg) and averages solid 1.1bpg and 67.0% FGP.
The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Slovenian power forward Martin Krampelj (206-PF-1995) of
Semt77 Yalova Belediye Spor. Krampelj impressed basketball fans with 29 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists. Bad luck as Yalovaspor lost that game 89-107 to the higher-ranked Manisa (#13, 11-19). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Yalovaspor is still at the dead bottom 16th position. 23 lost games are too many comparing to just seven victories Yalovaspor managed to get this year. Krampelj is a newcomer at Yalovaspor and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. The third best performed player last round was American Donte Grantham (203-F-1995) of
Bursaspor Basketbol (#9). Grantham scored 20 points and grabbed 13 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Bursaspor, leading his team to a 95-86 win against slightly lower-ranked Petkim (#11, 12-18). The chances of Bursaspor ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 17 games, recording just thirteen victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Grantham could help Bursaspor to bring them higher in the standings. Grantham has a great season in Turkey. After 31 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 7.7rpg (3rd best).Other top performing players last week:

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
