In a significant step toward reshaping the future of sports and entertainment, 3 Arts Entertainment, a Lionsgate-owned management and production powerhouse, has officially acquired A&A Management—a strategic move that highlights the growing convergence between Hollywood and professional athletics.

With this acquisition, 3 Arts will now represent some of the most influential names in the sports world. Among A&A Management’s high-profile clients are Kansas City Chiefs superstar Travis Kelce, NBA rising talent Jonathan Kuminga, Cleveland Browns standout Denzel Ward, and model-turned-TV-host Camille Kostek. Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast, co-hosted with his brother Jason Kelce, is also part of the deal, further blurring the lines between sports commentary, celebrity culture, and mainstream entertainment.A&A Management, founded in 2011 by twin brothers Aaron and André Eanes, has become a key player in athlete brand development, helping clients expand their reach beyond the field or court. Their experience spans everything from endorsements and content production to digital media and entrepreneurship.

The move signals 3 Arts Entertainment’s growing recognition that athletes today aren’t just players—they’re brands, content creators, and cultural icons. Co-CEOs Brian Weinstein and Michael Rotenberg explained the vision behind the acquisition:“Athletes are no longer defined solely by their performance; they are shaping culture, launching businesses, and building brands that resonate far beyond the world of sports.”

The acquisition gives 3 Arts a foothold in the increasingly hybrid space where sports, entertainment, and business intersect. The firm, known for managing A-list talent like Tina Fey, Rob McElhenney, and Mike Judge—and producing hit shows like It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and The Mindy Project—now adds athletic star power to its portfolio.

Aaron Eanes emphasized the importance of adapting to the modern media landscape, stating: “3 Arts’ expertise in talent management and production, combined with our expertise in brand building and sports, gives our clients the resources and guidance they need to thrive in today’s changing marketplace.”André Eanes added that the collaboration would create fertile ground for innovation: “The firm’s track record in representing top-tier artists and storytellers and their global resources and reputation gives our team the ideal platform to innovate and develop new opportunities for our clients.”Also Read: Is Travis Kelce done with football?
