Kylie Jenner acquired this ultra-modern estate in Los Angeles in 2020. The 19,000-square-foot property features seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, home theater, and a resort-style pool.

It’s also very close to the infamous “freak off” mansion owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs’, which is currently listed for $61.5 million.

In 2001, Oprah Winfrey purchased her 70-acre estate in Montecito, California, known as “The Promised Land,” for approximately $50 million. The estate features a neo-Georgian mansion, rose gardens, and ocean views.

The property is valued at more than $90 million today.

However, the couple divorced in January 2025, and are currently trying to sell the property for around the same amount that they paid for it.

The compound was valued in 2017 at around $127 million, and then again in 2021 at over $150 million.

Only two years later, the TV host sold the compound for $96 million.
