1899: Joseph Kish, set designer for the movies in episodes 419- THE REBEL SET and 902- THE PHANTOM PLANET. He also did the sets for WORLD WITHOUT END, riffed in MST3K’s first live show.

1902: Carl Esmond, who played Prof. Stefanik in the movie in episode 815- AGENT FOR H.A.R.M.

1986: Alan Jay Lerner (age 67), who wrote the lyrics to “Wand’ring Star,” which Tom can be heard singing in a host segment in episode 410- HERCULES AGAINST THE MOON MEN.

1988: James Chandler (age 66), who played “man at desk” in the TV movie “The Stranger,” seen in episode 305- STRANDED IN SPACE.
1991: Stefano Canzio (age 75), screenwriter for the movie “Operation Kid Brother,” seen in episode 508- OPERATION DOUBLE 007.

1994: Henry Mancini (age 70), score collaborator for THIS ISLAND EARTH (seen in MST3K: THE MOVIE) and the movies in episodes 615- KITTEN WITH A WHIP, 801- REVENGE OF THE CREATURE, 803- THE MOLE PEOPLE, 804- THE DEADLY MANTIS and 805- THE THING THAT COULDN’T DIE. He also composed the theme to the “NBC Mystery Movie” TV series.

1997: Richard Jaeckel (age 70), who played Vince Elliott in the movie in MST3K’s pilot, THE GREEN SLIME.

2000: Margie Rayburn (age 76), who sang the title song for the movie in episode 414- TORMENTED.

2004: Max J. Rosenberg (age 89), producer of the movies in episodes 704- THE INCREDIBLE MELTING MAN, 905- THE DEADLY BEES and 1107- THE LAND THAT TIME FORGOT.

2004: Noriaki Yuasa (age 70), director of the movies in episodes K05- /302- GAMERA, K06- /308- GAMERA VS. GAOS, K08- /312-GAMERA VS. GUIRON and K07- /316- GAMERA VS. ZIGRA. He was also the special effects director for K04- /304- GAMERA VS. BARUGON.

2006: Monty Berman (age 101), producer and cinematographer for the movie in episode 101- THE CRAWLING EYE.

2007: Kurt Waldheim (age 88), who was mentioned in a host segment in episode 311- IT CONQUERED THE WORLD.
