The beautiful actress opted for a private registered marriage in the presence of her family and close friends. She shared a series of pictures from her wedding and fans could not get enough of the newlyweds. Hina looked stunning in a gorgeous Manish Malhotra saree. The jewellery she opted for too helped her glow as a bride.

As expected, Hina's bridal look went viral on social media and she set the screens on fire with her drop-dead gorgeous look. Film critic Kamal Rashid Khan too congratulated Hina Khan for her wedding and shared a picture of the newlyweds. The photo he shared had Hina and Rocky posing with their foreheads smeared with a tilak. While sharing the snap, KRK wrote 'Congratulations to Hina Khan for adopting Sanatan Dharma.'

In June 2024, Hina announced that she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. She had been taking to social media to share her treatment journey. Hina's husband Rocky Jaiswal supported her and stood besides her despite all odds.

When Hina shaved her head as part of her cancer treatment, Rocky too didn't hesitate to shave his too. In an emotional social media post, Hina had also expressed heartfelt gratitude for Rocky's unwavering commitment and support. "To the man who always says, 'I GOT YOU,'" she wrote.

Both Hina and Rocky have often made headlines for serving major love goals to their fans. For the unversed, Hina had played the lead role in the show, while Rocky was part of the crew as a producer. They made their relationship public in 2017. The couple had been dating for over 13 years.
