Over the years, he has been associated with hospitality brands such as The Leela, Hilton, and Westin Hotels & Resorts, where he steadily advanced his career and gained extensive experience in luxury guest services and food & beverage operations.

Kushwaha has consistently demonstrated a strong business acumen and an exceptional ability to lead and inspire. In his most recent role at The Leela Palace Bengaluru, he successfully led high-profile events and curated exclusive dining experiences. He has been honoured as Manager of the Year (2020) at Hilton Chennai, Kushwaha is widely recognised for his strategic leadership in F&B operations, his flair for luxury dining concepts, and his commitment to personalised service.

In his new role at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa, Kushwaha will lead the F&B operations, curate innovative dining experiences, and implement industry-leading standards to elevate the hotel's culinary offerings. His expertise in guest engagement, team leadership, and strategic planning will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the hotel's food and beverage landscape.
