Sule names Lafia flyover, underpass after Tinubu - Blueprint Newspapers Limited

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa state Wednesday named the newly completed Lafia flyover and underpass after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The governor made the announcement during the official inauguration of the project in Lafia.

He said the one-kilometre dual road is now officially named the ‘Bola Tinubu Exchange Road’.

Sule added that the project was inspired by President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which emphasises prudent resource management.

He said the state was able to execute the landmark infrastructure without resorting to borrowing.

In his remarks while commissioning the project, President Tinubu commended Governor Sule for focusing on initiatives that directly improve the lives of the people.

The president also expressed appreciation for the warm reception accorded him in Lafia and urged residents to remain committed to the administration’s vision of economic recovery and national prosperity.

Several dignitaries, who accompanied Governor Sule to receive the  President included the governors of Borno, Niger, Kwara, Kaduna, Ogun, Imo, and Benue states, as well as the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje.
