'Success depends on vision, not a university degree' - Ken Agyapong to youth

Former Member of Parliament for Assin Central and New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer hopeful, Kennedy Agyapong, has emphasised that true success is not tied to academic degrees but rather to personal drive and determination.
Speaking at the 2025 Entrepreneurship Summit at the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) in Ho, he stated that success is not defined by when one begins their education but by the ability to dream big, set clear goals, and pursue them with discipline and strategic planning.
“Success is not determined by when you went to the university or when you started school. Success is shaped by your dreams and vision. Studying different disciplines alone does not guarantee success, unless you dream it, unless you have goals, unless you have clear objectives and a strategy. You must plan your life and the activities you engage in,” he noted.
The summit, held under the theme “Igniting Innovation: Youth-Led Entrepreneurship for Economic Growth,” provided a platform for young entrepreneurs and students to explore practical business strategies.
The event featured workshops, mentorship sessions, and a free mini-importation masterclass, offering students firsthand insights into global trade and digital entrepreneurship.
