Eminent scholars from top Nigerian universities, including Vice-Chancellor of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Prof. Folasade Ogunsola, Professor of Science and Computer Education, Lagos State University (LASU), Peter Okebukola; and Deputy Vice Chancellor of Pan African University (PAU), Dr. Peter Bankole, will share critical insights on how to transform Nigeria’s education sector at the school’s forthcoming educators’ roundtable conference.

The event, themed: ‘Global perspectives on educational transformation, Lessons and insights for Nigeria’s future,’ is in commemoration of the school’s 70th anniversary.

The roundtable, billed for March 6, will serve as a platform for experts, policymakers, and stakeholders to exchange ideas that will shape the country’s education landscape.

“The event will provide a forum for discussing global learning trends and how they can be adapted to improve Nigeria’s education system,” the school stated.

The school had earlier held its Staff Day celebration, where outstanding employees were recognised for their exceptional performance and dedication. More than 80 staff members, who have served for over 10 years were honoured for their commitment to the school’s core values of merit, stewardship, commitment, dedication, and professionalism.
