Samsung emphasizes that its AI-powered appliances aim to simplify daily life with intuitive technology. These offers are available on Samsung.com, major online retailers, and select Samsung retail outlets.

In other news, Samsung is rolling out a free software upgrade for select smart TVs and monitors that enhances the Netflix viewing experience. This upgrade introduces HDR10+ support for compatible TV series and movies, promising higher contrast, brightness, and more realistic colors. The upgrade applies to 2025 Samsung Neo QLED, OLED, and Lifestyle TVs, as well as monitors from 2025 and 2024.

Taeyong Son, Executive Vice President of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics, stated, "We are excited to bring this technology to Netflix’s 300 million plus members and will continue collaborating with various partners to expand HDR10+ support across our product lineup and the broader streaming ecosystem."

According to TechRadar, the HDR10+ content on Netflix utilizes the AV1 codec, which isn't supported by older Samsung models. Examples of HDR10+ supported titles include Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, and Bird Box. The availability of HDR10+ is indicated on the movie's page on your Samsung TV.
