Season 3 is reflected in their five players being selected for the Team of the Season. Ryan Rickelton,
Dewald Brevis
, George Linde, Kagiso Rabada, and Trent Boult represent the newly-crowned champions.
Rickelton made history as the leading run-scorer in SA20, accumulating 336 runs with an average of 48 and a strike rate of 178.82. He also recorded nine dismissals as wicket-keeper.

Young talent Dewald Brevis showcased his abilities with 291 runs at an average of 48.5 and a strike rate of 184. The 21-year-old demonstrated exceptional skill against both pace and spin bowlers.
George Linde proved valuable with both bat and ball, averaging 40.24 with a strike rate of 153.33. His bowling performance yielded 11 wickets at 17.72 with an economy rate of 6.29.

The bowling duo of Rabada and Boult maintained impressive economy rates of 6.53 and 6.94 respectively. Rabada collected 12 wickets including a 4/25 in the final, while Boult earned Player of the Final honours with figures of 2/9.
Sunrisers Eastern Cape
and Paarl Royals each contributed three players to the team. Joburg Super Kings' Donovan Ferreira was named as 12th man.
Royals' opener Lhuan-dre Pretorius, named Batter of the Season, topped the run charts with 397 runs. The 18-year-old's performance included three half-centuries with 47 boundaries and 16 sixes.

Joe Root secured the number three position with 279 runs at an average of 55.80 and a strike rate of 140.20, despite missing the playoffs due to international commitments with England against India. He also claimed five wickets.
David Miller strengthened the middle order with 234 runs, averaging 58.50 with a strike rate of 136.84.
Sunrisers captain Aiden Markram has been appointed the skipper of the Team of the Season 2025. His leadership guided the team to their third consecutive SA20 Final, while personally contributing 340 runs with three half-centuries.
Marco Jansen earned both Player of the Season and Bowler of the Season honours, taking 19 wickets at an average of 18.42. Richard Gleeson completes the team as Jansen's new-ball partner.
