As part of its growth plan in North America, Riviera Travel has named Eric Schmit vice president of sales for North America.

Schmit brings more than 14 years of experience in the luxury travel and hospitality industry. He most recently served as director of business development and national accounts at Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Eric’s deep understanding of the luxury cruise market and his passion for building meaningful partnerships will be a key asset as we expand our presence across North America.”

Also joining Riviera’s sales team is South Carolina-based Jarret Kettinger, who has been appointed regional sales director. Kettinger most recently served as director of key and host accounts at Railbookers Group, formerly Yankee Leisure Group, where he led partnerships with top travel agencies, host agencies, and consortia. In his new role, Kettinger will play a vital role in expanding Riviera’s presence in North America through strategic engagement and advisor support.

Kettinger will report to Schmit, who will lead Riviera’s North American sales team and spearhead efforts to grow and support the company’s trade business. Schmit will report directly to Milan.
