After two years in Vilnius, Cole moves to Venice

Umana Reyer Venice added scoring punch to its roster by signing point guard RJ Cole to a multi-year deal on Monday.
Cole (1.82 meters, 24 years old) arrives from Rytas Vilnius, where he averaged 12.2 points and 3.6 assists in 45 Lithuanian League games last season in helping his team reach the playoff finals. He also averaged 15.1 points on 44.6% three-point shooting and 3.9 assists in 12 BCL games.
After finishing his college career with the University of Connecticut, Cole moved to Greece to play for GS Lavrio Aegean Cargo. He also played for Basketball Loewen Braunschweig of Germany before joining Rytas in 2023. He helped Rytas win the Lithuanian League in 2024. Now Cole is set to make his BKT EuroCup debut with Reyer.
