Jessica Kahawaty has launched Kahawaty Jewels, a fine jewellery brand created in partnership with her father, master jeweller Ghassan Kahawaty. Rooted in family legacy and artisanal craftsmanship, the Dubai-based label debuts with the Octagon collection – bold, sculptural pieces inspired by the year 1988. Blending emotional storytelling with contemporary design, the boutique in Jumeirah 1 offers heirloom-quality creations, from engagement rings to bespoke, GIA-certified diamond pieces.

Manolo Blahnik has reopened its boutique at The Galleria Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi’s luxury retail hub. Inspired by regional cave formations and muqarnas architecture, the store features mirrored cupboards, marble-effect floors, and a striking prism design. The boutique offers a curated selection of signature styles like the Hangisi pump, alongside seasonal pieces and accessories.

Chanel has once again chosen French-Algerian model Loli Bahia to front its new No. 5 jewellery collection, which features pieces inspired by the iconic number five and crafted from gold and diamonds. Bvlgari has reopened its renovated boutique in Amman’s Um Uthaina district, unveiling a modern design that reflects the brand’s Roman heritage. Loro Piana has opened its first boutique in Riyadh’s Solitaire Mall, marking the brand’s Saudi debut. Designed with warm tones, natural materials, and a minimalist aesthetic, the space reflects Loro Piana’s signature elegance and craftsmanship. Ray-Ban and Meta have launched their smart glasses in the UAE with a stylish event at Gitano Beach Club, Dubai. Available in stores from May 12, the glasses feature a 12MP camera, open-ear audio, and voice-enabled Meta AI for hands-free photos, videos, translations, and more. Starting at Dhs1,330, the collection includes multiple frame styles and lens options. A Ray-Ban takeover at Gitano runs through June 5.
