ClearQuote, a UK-based startup pioneering AI-powered fleet diagnostics, has been crowned winner of the European edition of the Last Mile Nexus startup showcase. Held as part of Last Mile Leaders Europe 2025 in Amsterdam, the event brought together innovators, investors, and global logistics leaders to spotlight breakthrough solutions for the future of last-mile delivery.

Hosted by FarEye and powered by Eight Roads, the Last Mile Nexus aims to uncover high-potential logistics startups addressing real-world delivery challenges. Following successful editions in Asia and Africa, this year marked the platform’s first venture into Europe—and it did not disappoint.

Three standout startups were selected from a highly competitive pool and invited to pitch their solutions live on stage:

ClearQuote took the top spot thanks to its ability to solve a critical pain point for logistics operators: fleet maintenance. As one of the most significant cost drivers in last-mile operations, delays and inefficiencies caused by manual vehicle inspections can have a widespread impact. Startups were evaluated by a cross-sector jury of logistics and venture leaders:
