Primark's new dress has been dubbed "gorgeous" by excited shoppers online. Known for its wallet-friendly clothing and homeware lines, the high street giant seems to have introduced a new crowd-pleaser.

Fashion fans are eager to get their hands on a midi dress that's been turning heads online. TikToker Perrie Sian (@perriesian), known for her style insights, shared a video where she showcased some of Primark's latest outfits.

The dress in question is the £18 Tropical Postcard Print Midi Dress, which featured in the second part of her Primark haul. In her TikTok captioned "Primark try on haul part 2."

Perrie models the dress in the clip. She said: "I actually really thought I wasn't gonna like this because I feel like it has, this print has zero hanger appeal, even though I very much like this sort of fruity/shell/island, sort of table cloth print that is really everywhere at the moment."

Yet once on, Perrie was taken aback by its charm, praising its fit and detailing, adding: "I just felt like this one was a little bit off, but actually now I've got it on, I do really like it. I love the shape of the bust area," reports the Daily Record.

"You've got the little rope detail on the trims, which is really nice. And yeah, it's got a shirred, elastic back. It fits like a dream. It's practically a maxi.

"I actually really like it. I am surprised there's also a mini dress version in this, though, that I think I might like even more."

The TikTok racked up 206k views, almost 10,000 likes and hundreds of comments from excited shoppers. Among them, one person said: "Love the tablecloth print on you!!"

A second wrote: "You just make everything look stunning." A third chimed in: "That first dress is gorgeous on you."

An enthusiastic shopper said: "Primark is seriously killing it," and a fifth shared: "I have the first dress and I absolutely love it on! Looks lovely."

Yet another added: "The first dress is a dream." The compliments kept rolling in as one customer said: "The first dress though. Holiday vibes! Need."

Another shopper wrote: "I'm just obsessed," while someone else said: "I NEED that first dress!!!!"
