A midfielder who excels in clears and hustles on the ride, the senior had 43 goals and 54 assists this season.

Grit and ground balls define Chung’s game, a player who always is in the right spot while providing sticky defense the other way. The Bates commit battled through a significant lower leg injury and still managed to finish strong, scoring five of his 38 goals in the state semifinal and final. Chung also had 22 assists and 59 ground balls.

It’s rare to find someone as good as Cuozzo at faceoffs as the senior won 82% of his 305 attempts at the X. But beyond that, the senior was dynamic enough to stay on the field to finish with 41 goals, 17 assists and 134 ground balls as the engine for an always competitive Huntington squad.

Eynon served as a formidable last line of defense, making saves on almost 70% of the shots he faced for a team that yielded an average of just five goals and made the Nassau Class A final.

Jeffares, who has committed to St. John’s, turned in a strong final high school season with 37 goals, 44 assists and 91 ground balls, and he won 52% of his faceoffs.

The Stony Brook commit is a freakish athlete who left everything on the field with four goals and an assist in the Long Island championship loss to Garden City. He had 41 goals and 15 assists.

The Notre Dame commit, who’s the owner of a shot that runs in the mid-90s with both hands, scored 36 goals and assisted on 16 more in just 12 games.

Marco’s balance and precision culminated in 63 goals and 38 assists, contorting his size advantage to find whatever angle is needed to score. The Harvard commit had four goals against West Genesee to help Hills lift its first state title in June.

A mainstay for St. Anthony’s, the Friars will miss the defensive talents of McDonald as the senior looks to continue his lacrosse career at UNC. He has the athleticism to step up as a long-stick midfielder with the versatility to help his team in no shortage of ways.

The Villanova commit had 49 goals, 22 assists and 71 points and owns 85 goals dating to his freshman season.

The Villanova-bound midfielder produced 42 goals, 45 assists and 87 points and will head into his senior year with 101 goals, 136 assists and 237 points compiled over three seasons.

A proud member of the 100-point club, Pagano leaves Commack as the program’s all-time points (254) and goals (168) leader. He had 65 goals and 35 assists for a Cougars team that won nine of its last 12 games to make the playoffs after starting 2-5.

A true two-way midfielder who can clear as well as he rides, Henry fueled the engine of West Islip’s attack with 46 goals and 17 assists. The Manhattan commit did it all for the Lions, leading them into the county championship.

Leaving with more than 600 career saves and 55 career wins, Walendowski left his mark on East Islip lacrosse. He made 244 saves and averaged just over seven goals allowed as a senior, winning a county championship.
