Mayrouba (LBL) landed 30-year old American 203cm forward Kahlil Thomas (college: Rider). He played recently at Palangos Kursiai in Lithuanian NKL league. In 17 games he averaged 9.1ppg, 7.3rpg, 1.5apg, 1.3spg and 1.2bpg last season. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. A very good season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Lithuanian NKL All-Imports Team and League Player of the Week. Thomas also played for Al Noor Mecca (Division 1) in Saudi Arabian league where in 17 NKL games he had 9.1ppg, 7.3rpg and 1.5apg. The other team he played shortly was BK Nova Hut Ostrava (NBL) in Czech Republic league.
He is a very experienced player. Thomas has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in France, Saudi Arabia and Uruguay (25 de Agosto).
Among many awards he won Lithuanian NKL championship title in 2021. Thomas was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Lithuanian NKL Honorable Mention back in 2020.
He graduated from Rider University in 2017 and it is his eighth season in pro basketball.
