Kyrie Irving handing out shoes to NBPA Top 100 high school basketball camp participants
Kyrie Irving graced the NBPA Top 100 high school basketball camp in South Carolina. As someone willing to speak his mind, he shared some pointers to up-and-coming basketball stars. In addition to mentoring these young prospects while his recovery from injury continues, he also gave out pairs of his new ANTA Kai 2 shoes.
As a coach shared a video on X, the Dallas Mavericks guard signed autographs of his new shoe and gave them to the camp’s participants. Irving debuted the KAI 2 during the 2025 NBA All-Star Game, but ANTA officially launched the shoe on the last day of February. According to ANTA’s official website, the shoe “is a visual representation of Kyrie’s artistry, mirroring his fluidity on the hardwood and his off-court creative spirit.”

Meanwhile, three Class of 2026 top prospects are among the participants in the NBPA Top 100 high school basketball camp.
