If you want to become a household name in 15th century Bohemia, then this guide will be essential to your rise to fame and fortune.

The vast nature of the map you're traversing makes finding strategic fast travel points all the more important. For example, the Miri Fajta side quest spans the entire width of the Trosky region, and you'll need to make several cross-country jaunts in order to complete your mission.

Because of situations like these, unlocking all the fast travel map icons in Trosky quickly is a good tip for beginners to the world of KCD2.

To unlock a fast travel point on your map, you only need to walk or ride your horse through the general area that the fast travel point is located in. This will populate the marker on your map instantly, giving you the freedom to select an icon on your map to travel to from this point forward instead of manually traveling to each location.

There is no true instantaneous fast travel option in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Choosing a location to travel to from your map still takes a period of waiting, passes in-game time, lowers Henry's energy and hunger, and is sometimes interrupted by NPCs along the way.

kcd2 apollonia fast travel marker

You'll likely have to go a bit out of your way to claim the Apollonia travel point, but this is one that's well worth tracking down for the Miri Fajta side quest alone.

Truth be told, Apollonia doesn't have a lot going on outside of this quest and a couple of other points of interest, but you'll be thanking yourself later for having it unlocked if you're someone interested in clearing every quest in the game.

It's located on the very southern tip of the Apollonia mountain range.

kcd2 lower semine mill map location

The Lower Semine Mill is a bit detached from Semine proper and is located in the south-western portion of Trosky.

Depending on how you proceed with the Wedding Crashers main story quest, you could end up at this location naturally.

Regardless, this is a location worth uncovering for future tasks in the game, including Melee At The Mill, Wine, Women and Blood, and The Best For Last.

At the very least, this fast travel point should be uncovered if you're interested in the game's fist-fighting tournaments.

kcd2 nebakov fortress map location

There aren't a lot of reasons to visit Nebakov in the very early portions of the game, but it comes into play heavily during the Back In The Saddle main quest.

If you're looking for a good horse to steal at the beginning of the game, however, this is a location worth picking up. The fast travel location is situated right next to the horse stables with plenty of worthy theft options.

kcd2 nebakov mill map location

The Nebakov Mill location is to the east of Nebakov Fortress. The mill isn't anything to write home about, so this is a fast travel point you don't need to go out of your way for unless you simply want to unlock all the points on the map for personal brownie points.

Sandwiched right between the Nebakov Fortress and Schdiar - West Farm locations, there's really not even much of a strategic need for picking up the Nebakov Mill travel point. Still, it's here if you'd like to claim it.

kcd2 nomad camp map location

The Nomads' Camp is one of the best towns in Trosky and home to side quests like Miri Fajta and Invaders. There are other important points of interest here too, including Horse Handler Mikolai, who can register any stolen horse in the region to Henry.

It's entirely possible to visit the Nomads' Camp several times without unlocking its travel point, so make sure you journey a bit to the south of camp to make every return trip easier.

kcd2 rocktower pond map location

There's nothing important located at the Rocktower Pond travel point aside from a roadside camp if you're in desperate need of a place to sleep in a pinch.

Still, Rocktower Pond itself is the largest body of water in Trosky and features several activities to complete, including the Johnny The Gob and Mutt side quests.

There's also something rustic and relaxing about a quick lakeside nap.

kcd2 schdiar west farm map location

The Schdiar-West Farm location is actually located on the southeastern portion of the map. Like several other travel locations on the map, there's not too much to do in Schdiar outside of visiting a grocer, drying some herbs, or harvesting plants from the garden.

This location has some uses, however. It's the closest map point to where you'll eventually journey to the Kuttenberg portion of the game, so you should go out of your way to grab this one.

kcd2 semine map location

Semine is central to many quests in the Trosky region, both main and side. You can come across this travel point naturally during one of these activities, but there are plenty of reasons to check out Semine on your own accord, too.

You can reclaim your horse, Pebbles, here, purchase or steal one of the other best early-game horses, or visit the saddler for some gear upgrades, so you'd be wise to seek out Semine early in your playthrough.

kcd2 Tachov map location

Home of Radovan the Blacksmith, Tachov is an important location despite the town's small size. Radovan is central to many quests in the early game, including The Blacksmith's Son, which is essential for learning how to forge weapons in KCD2.

Tachov also plays a major role in the Mice and Frogs side quests, which you definitely will not want to miss. This fast travel point becomes important enough to collect for these reasons alone.

kcd2 Troskowitz map location

The Troskowitz travel marker is found naturally simply by progressing the main story through the introduction section of the game.

The Laboratores Quest is the third main quest of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. Use our walkthrough to learn how to complete it.

There's a lot going on in this town, and it's also the main central hub for buying and selling most items in the Trosky region.

This is a travel point you'll utilize early and often for many different needs throughout the first half of the title.

kcd2 Trosky Castle map location

Trosky Castle plays a major role in the intro of the game, but you don't get to actually explore its interior until the For Whom The Bell Tolls main story quest.

The travel point is located at the south gates of the castle, and you'll be using it often to return to your permanent bed and shelter once you progress far enough in the main quest line.

kcd2 vidlak pond map location

You'll have to go out of your way for the Vidlak Pond travel point, but it does come into play during a few side activities, including the Handsome Charlie task.

Vidlak pond itself isn't exactly a flashy destination and only really features a fisherman, tanner, and laundry spot, but you still should claim this location for easier traversal in the north-western portion of the map.

kcd2 Zhelejov map location

Zhelejov features two travel points to obtain. The first in Zhelejov proper isn't as useful as the next point on the list, but you should still grab it to have easier access to a skill teacher and a decent garden if you need to harvest any plants.

Aside from these things, Zhelejov is a bit dull. It's not the end of the world if you don't claim this travel point, but it's close enough to others that you may as well.

kcd2 Zhelejov wagoners' inn map location

Last, but certainly not least, is the Zhelejov Wagoners' Inn. Just north-west of Zhelejov proper, the Zhelejov Wagoners' Inn has a lot more points of interest to come back often for.

Buying a permanent residence at the inn is extremely useful in the early game and part of the process to claim your bonus items if you purchased the Gold Edition of the game.

This northern section of Zhelejov also features a bathhouse and is the home of multiple side quests, so make sure you visit as soon as you can.
