The journalist owns multimillion assets and is undoubtedly one of the highest-paid journalists in Kenya.
He owns two posh four-bedroom homes in Kitisuru, complete with servant quarters, modern amenities, and lush landscaping, and this might just be one of the houses.
Kitisuru is one of the most expensive areas to live in the Nairobi metropolitan area.
Jeff's doorbell rang, and he rushed to open it, only to be met by the delivery guys bringing him a 77-inch TV
From his door, one could spot the journalist's signature G-Wagon, which was parked in his car yard.
He led the team upstairs and into one of his living rooms, and showed them where to set it up.
The room was bathed in natural light, and he watched as they set up his 77-inch TV.
The award-winning journalist loved portraits. His walls told different stories, filled with different art pieces.
The camera panned to Koinange's posh leather seats after the technicians were done setting up the TV.

The brown leather seats appeared to have aged with elegance. It matched perfectly with the room's aesthetics.
Jeff relaxed on his couch with his remote in hand, ready to unwind with a few episodes or maybe a bulletin he had done earlier in the day.
His house looked like it came out of a lifestyle magazine, and the natural light in his house streamed in like it had signed a contract.
Jeff captioned the post:
"Check this out, unbelievable! Just unboxed the brand new LG OLED evo 77” C4 and folks, it is insane! Crystal-clear picture, booming sound, and pure cinematic magic right in my living room! If you thought TV couldn’t get better… think again! You’ve got to see this to believe."
