How Often Should Kids Brush Their Teeth?

Start cleaning baby’s teeth as soon as the first tooth appears. Clean with a soft finger brush or with a soft cloth.

Make sure that your child brushes their teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, to prevent cavities.

Brush in circular motions for two minutes. Do not exceed more than two minutes, as it can disturbthe gum of small children

Use a chemical-free fluoride toothpaste in a pea-sized amount for kids between 18 months to 6 years. You can also use only water and no toothpaste.

Make sure the child brushes their teeth after meaks or having something sweet. This helps prevent plaque buildup and toothj decay.

Make proper flossing a habit for them. It helps remove dirt, plaque, and tiny food particles from the teeth.
