Healthy Peanut Cutlet Recipe For Sunday Evening Snack

Ingredients 5-6 bread slices, 1-2 boiled potatoes, 1-2 green chillies, half an onion, a pinch of turmeric, half a teaspoon of red chilli powder, one tablespoon of corn flour, a few coriander leaves, salt to taste, half a cup of breadcrumbs, and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Two boiled potatoes, half a cup of roasted crushed peanuts, half a cup gram flour (besan), 1-2 green chillies, half an onion, a pinch of turmeric, half a teaspoon of red chilli powder, one tablespoon of corn flour, a few coriander leaves, salt to taste, half a cup of breadcrumbs, and one tablespoon of lemon juice.

Take a bowl and add mashed potatoes, red chilli powder, salt, crushed peanuts and cumin powder. Mix it well to prepare a soft dough.

Take the prepared aloo filling and divide it into smaller portions. Flatten them into small round or oval balls. Refrigerate it for some time to set.

Take a bowl and combine corn flour, besan, water and salt. Dip the tikkis in this and coat with breadcrumbs to bind. Refrigerate it again for 10-15 minutes.

Take a pan and heat some oil over a medium flame. Now, place each cutlet in it and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Place the cutlet in paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve it hot with mint chutney or ketchup on the side.
