Get Well Appoints AI Leaders to Enhance AI Roadmap
Get Well, a digital patient engagement leader now part of SAIGroup, has announced the appointment of Oladimeji (Dimeji) Farri as Senior Vice President of Data and AI, and Mitch Kearney as Senior Vice President of Product Development. These appointments are aimed at accelerating Get Well's recently announced precision care platform, which was unveiled at the Get Connected 2025 conference.
Michael O'Neil, Founder & CEO of Get Well, emphasized the significance of these leaders in leveraging AI and advanced technologies to meet the evolving needs of individuals, families, and communities seeking assistance from providers and insurance companies for healthier living. He highlighted the importance of delivering a measurable return on investment for clients through digital and data initiatives, as well as the potential of AI and precision care in driving outcomes.
Oladimeji Farri will be responsible for applying AI and machine learning models to Get Well's product portfolio strategy. This includes product design and development, leveraging evolving multimodal LLM and agentic AI technologies, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to create disruptive AI products that deliver value to patients, providers, and caregivers. Farri will oversee the AI development and deployment teams, ensuring data-driven insights lead to the prioritization of high-value projects and product enhancements that deliver a high degree of ROI to Get Well's clients. Prior to joining Get Well, Farri held senior positions at Siemens Healthineers and Philips Research North America.
Mitch Kearney will lead the platform strategy across Get Well's portfolio of products. He will lead Get Well's platform development teams, focusing on building and enhancing data architecture and interoperability across Get Well solutions. Kearney joins Get Well from Health Catalyst, where he served as Senior Vice President of Data and Analytics Platform. He also held a senior position at IBM Watson Health.
