From home to fame: Dainik Bhaskar's Super Chef 2025 celebrates culinary talent
Dainik Bhaskar Group, India’s largest print media company, successfully concluded the first edition of its flagship culinary initiative — SuperChef 2025. Designed as a tribute to the country's rich culinary heritage, the competition provided a national platform for everyday home chefs to showcase their talent, creativity, and passion for food.

The campaign began with a video shortlisting round judged by Chef Nita Mehta and Food Critic Amin Ali, culminating in 270 state-level finalists from across 9 states. Auditions were held in 8 key cities including Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Ahmedabad turning each venue into a vibrant cultural and culinary showcase. From these, 18 top home chefs advanced to the Grand Finale in Bhopal.
, resulting in one winner and two runner-ups who embodied tradition, creativity, and innovation.
Amplified across print, radio, digital, and social media, the campaign also saw strong engagement from leading food bloggers and influencers, making it a truly hybrid celebration.
