Thief is the tritagonist of the Disney+/Hulu series Sand Land. He is the close friend and aid to the demon prince Beelzebub who sticks by him.
Thief is an elderly, yet active demon. While he can be wise and far sighted, he is also fairly cautious and worrisome over the antics of his friend Beelzebub. Despite his appearance, he is supposedly not that much older than him, though this doesn't reflect his behavior which is that of someone who is more responsible. He has a close kinship with Rao who shares his views and the ways of the world and also believes that things can be better if they act. Thief can also be pretty fun loving as well as he enjoys many childish things that Beelzebub likes, like music and video games.
Thief is a short and squat demon with "mostly" human features. He has beige skin, pointy ears, a large white beard, and a small curly tuft of hair on his head. He wears a yellowish-green tunic with black sleeves and pants, and light brown shoes. When he goes thieving, he dresses in a stereotypical Santa Claus outfit.
As his name implies, Thief is very sneaky and capable of snatching items, though he rarely does this nowadays. He wears a Santa Claus outfit as his thieving uniform, presumably because he interprets it as something someone wears when breaking and entering.
