First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) has become the first financial institution in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region to pilot an embedded finance solution for B2B payments. Developed in strategic partnership with Oracle and Mastercard, this groundbreaking initiative integrates Mastercard’s virtual card technology directly into Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
This innovative solution is designed to address common challenges faced in commercial payments, including disconnected systems, manual workflows, and limited data transparency. By embedding virtual card capabilities directly within the ERP platform, FAB offers its corporate clients a streamlined, secure, and automated approach to handling payments—without the need for costly technology overhauls.
