Some sleet and snow for northern parts of Norway and of Sweden. Mostly dry for Finland, sunny in south. Sunny for the Baltic States. Some light snow showers for Belarus and northern Ukraine.
Sunny for Switzerland and Austria. Rather cloudy for Czechia, Hungary and Slovakia perhaps with a few wintry showers. Same for Romania and the Balkans.
